Yes. Our Bukit Timah Plaza showroom has working samples of all the Hunter Douglas product lines, so you can operate, touch, and compare them in person. Our consultants can also bring physical fabric and colour samples to your home during a complimentary site consultation.
Most Hunter Douglas products take 4 to 8 weeks from order confirmation to installation, depending on the product line. Fabric shades (Duette®, Silhouette®, Luminette®, Pirouette®) are typically 4 to 6 weeks. Plantation Shutters (Palm Beach™ Polysatin™, Heritance® Hardwood Shutters) are 6 to 8 weeks because they are custom-manufactured overseas. Our team will give you an exact timeline at the quotation stage.
Yes. As an authorised Hunter Douglas dealer, we provide full after-sales support including maintenance, repairs, motor replacement, and re-configuration of smart-home integrations. Our in-house installation team handles all after-sales work directly.
